Patrick is a research associate working on statistical methods to relate genotype to phenotype while taking account of phylogenetic relationships. This work is part of the NIH grant “Statistical and high-throughput models of enhancer function and evolution.”

Patrick is associated with the Edwards Lab and the Informatics Lab (Organismic and Evolutionary Biology), as well as the Jun S. Liu Lab (Statistics).
